The Team

You may not know it yet, but we have an outstanding team dedicated to automation, computer vision, and robotics. They tackle complex challenges with innovation and expertise, developing solutions that shape the future of Prozis's industrial and logistics operations. This team builds systems that think, move, and adapt, turning big ideas into working robots.

Believe it — this team's work turns bold ideas into reality.

The Role

As a Robotics Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing, programming, and implementing robotic systems for industrial and logistics automation, including industrial manipulators and collaborative robots;

  • Integrating robotic systems with PLCs, vision systems, sensors, and other industrial equipment to build automated solutions;

  • Developing motion and trajectory algorithms using frameworks such as ROS/ROS2;

  • Programming robot controllers directly for tasks such as pick and place, palletizing, bin picking, etc.;

  • Analyzing and solving technical issues related to robotics, sensor fusion, and system reliability;

  • Working closely with the automation and software teams to ensure effective integration between robotics and factory systems.

You

We expect you to hold a degree in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in robotics integration or development. You should have solid knowledge of one of the major robot manufacturer platforms (Yaskawa, ABB, KUKA, Fanuc, Universal Robots, or similar) and real-world experience putting robotic systems into production. You should also have:

  • Experience programming industrial robots directly on the controller;

  • Familiarity with ROS or ROS2 — nodes, topics, services, actions;

  • Experience with MoveIt or motion-planning frameworks;

  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP, OPC UA, MQTT;

  • Experience integrating robots with PLCs (Siemens, Omron, Beckhoff), cameras, and sensors;

  • Familiarity with robotics simulation tools (e.g., RViz, Gazebo, RobotStudio, or similar);

  • Basic knowledge of Electricity/Instrumentation, Pneumatics, and Hydraulics.

Your Superpowers

  • Team spirit;

  • Self-motivation;

  • Proactivity;

  • Analytical skills and attention to detail;

  • Autonomy, dynamism, and critical thinking.
