AI Product Video Creator

This team is where much of the imagery Prozis shows the world is created. We produce the visual content that brings our products to life across all of the brand's digital channels, and we do it at a pace few can match.

Our video production workflow has evolved, and Artificial Intelligence now sits at its core. To us, AI isn't a shortcut. It's our camera, our studio and our set. We're looking for someone who knows how to get the most out of it.

As an AI Content Creator, you'll own the entire video production process, from the initial idea to the final file ready for publishing. You'll combine creative direction, storytelling, prompt engineering, AI video generation and editing to create visually consistent, engaging content aligned with each product's goals.

What you'll do:

• Interpret product, marketing and communication briefs and turn them into visual concepts and narratives;

• Define visual references, styles, framing, lighting, camera movements and transitions, adapting each concept to different formats and channels (vertical, horizontal, social media);

• Develop storyboards and translate them into clear instructions for image and video generation tools;

• Create and adapt visual assets using AI (characters, products, sets, objects, backgrounds and graphic elements), preparing reference images and keyframes;

• Write and refine prompts for composition, motion, lighting, cinematography, expression and product interaction;

• Generate video clips and sequences, test multiple versions and select the ones that best serve the concept;

• Solve issues with consistency, motion, anatomy, physics and continuity, combining different models and tools whenever needed;

• Ensure products are always portrayed accurately, consistently and appealingly;

• Edit and assemble videos: pacing, cuts, transitions, timing, sound, music, voice-over, sound effects and color correction;

• Prepare final versions and formats for each channel;

• Review your work with a critical eye and streamline the process to reduce production time and iterations;

• Document workflows the team can reuse;

• Stay up to date with new generative video tools, models and techniques.

• High School Diploma;

• Training in Artificial Intelligence, Audiovisual Production, Multimedia, Design or a related field;

• Experience with AI image and video generation tools;

• Prompt engineering skills;

• Knowledge of video editing and post-production;

• Understanding of composition, lighting, framing and camera movement;

• Experience working with storyboards and scene planning;

• A strong aesthetic sense and command of visual language;

• Storytelling skills and the ability to build visual narratives;

• Attention to detail and a trained eye for visual inconsistencies;

• An experimental mindset: you enjoy testing, failing fast and finding solutions;

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
