Data Engineer

Prozis Tech division is focused on the development and continuous improvement of software products to support Prozis operation and strategy.

As a Data Engineer, you are a dynamic and multifaceted person, with a combination of technical skills, analytical thinking and strong communication capabilities. You will be working in a multitalented team and your daily activities will include:

- Create and maintain data pipelines, from ETLs to streaming;

- Maintain data platforms;

- Produce Data Science pipelines and models in robust projects;

- Leverage produced data for consumption (e.g. via REST APIs).

You are an amazing professional, with a degree in Computer Science (or a related field), 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, comfortable with agile workflows such as Scrum or Kanban and experience in working directly with business teams.

Technical skills:

- Big Data platforms (Azure, Databricks);

- Streaming tools (Kafka);

- Strong SQL knowledge (Postgres, Hive, Impala, Spark SQL);

- Pipeline development using Spark (Scala, Python);

- Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence and ETL tools;

- Knowledge of cloud platform management it's a plus.

- Able to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
